The toy has two elastic cords that form a loop, posing a strangulation risk to young children.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using this toy immediately and return it to Kmart, for a replacement toy.
Sold at
Kmart stores nationwide sold these toys, from June 1999 through September 1999, for about $10.

Injuries reported
Prestige Toy Corp. has received a report of a child found with the cords of the toy wrapped around his neck. No injuries have been reported.
