CPSC, Playworld Systems Announce Recall of Playground Slides
Playworld Systems, of Lewisburg, Pa.
Hazard
The welding of the slide bed to the slide sidewall can crack and separate and children's fingers can get caught in the space, posing a risk of amputation.
Remedy
Contact Playworld Systems to receive a new slide.
Sold at
Playworld Systems sold these slides to schools, parks and playgrounds, from January 2000 through September 2000, for between $1,500 and $4,000.
