CPSC, Hallmark Announce Recall of Harry Potter Key Chains

Hallmark Cards Inc., of Kansas City, Mo.
Hazard

The key chains can leak petroleum distillates, which can pose an ingestion hazard to children.

Remedy
Consumers should take the key chains away from children immediately and contact Hallmark for a full refund.
Sold at
Hallmark, Hallmark Card, Wal-Mart, grocery, drug, and gift stores nationwide sold the key chains, from October 2001 through November 2001, for about $5.

About 7,000
Injuries reported
CPSC and Hallmark have not received any reports of incidents. This recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injuries.
