CPSC, Lillian Vernon Corporation Announce Recall of Costumes

Fabric used in these costumes can ignite readily and presents a serious risk of burn injuries, in violation of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act.

Remedy
Consumers should stop wearing these costumes immediately and call Lillian Vernon Corporation's customer service department for information on how to receive a refund. Lillian Vernon Corporation has sent notices to all known purchasers.
Sold at
Lillian Vernon sold these costumes in their catalogues nationwide between August 1999 and October 2000 for about $40.
