CPSC, Gen-X Sports Incorporated Announce Recall of Skateboard Ramp

The ramps can crack, causing users to fall and suffer injuries.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using these ramps immediately and contact Gen-X to receive a refund.
Sold at
Discount department and sports stores sold the ramps nationwide, from March 2002 through September 2002, for between $20 and $40.

Injuries reported
Gen-X Sports has received one report of the ramp cracking. The user, who was riding a scooter at the time of the incident, fell and broke his collarbone.
