DesignPac Inc., of Northlake, Ill.
Hazard
The oil lamp can tip over easily, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Return the oil lamp sets to any Target store for a refund.
Sold at
Target stores nationwide, from February 2003 through March 2003, for about $10.
