CPSC, Toro Company Recall Riding Lawn Mowers

Toro Company, of Bloomington, Minn.
Hazard

The actuator arm could fail, resulting in a loss of transmission control and risk of personal injury.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using their riding mowers until free repairs can be made. Contact a Toro dealer immediately for a free repair.
Sold at
Authorized Toro dealers sold these tractors nationwide, from January 2003 to April 2003, for between $2700 and $3300.

One consumer reported loss of control, resulting in a tip over. The consumer received a black eye, along with cuts and bruises.
