CPSC, Walgreen Co. Announce Recall of Pumpkin Tealight Candleholders
Walgreen Co., of Deerfield, Ill.
Hazard
The beads on the candleholders can ignite, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the tealight candleholders immediately and contact Walgreens for a refund.
Sold at
Walgreens stores nationwide sold the tealight candleholders, from September 2003 to October 2003, for $9.99.

About 5,000
Injuries reported
Walgreens has received three reports of the beads on these tealight candleholders catching fire. No injuries have been reported.
