Hazard
The multi-colored and solid-colored sidewalk chalk contains high levels of lead, posing a risk of poisoning to young children.
Remedy
Return the sidewalk chalk to Toys "R" Us for a refund.
Sold at
The sidewalk chalk was sold at Toys "R" Us stores nationwide, from March 2003 to November 2003, for about $4.99 per package.
