Hazard
The screw securing the toy handle to the push toy could detach, posing a choking hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should take the push toy away from small children immediately and return it to Babies "R" Us for a full refund.
Sold at
Sold only at Babies "R" Us stores, from July 2003 through November 2003, for about $8.00 each.
