CPSC, Oki Data Announce Recall of Fax Machines
Oki Data Americas Inc., of Mt. Laurel, N.J.
Hazard
The fax machines may incur a mechanical malfunction, posing a shock hazard to users.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the fax machines immediately, unplug the unit, and contact the company for a free repair.
Sold at
Oki Data independent dealers and Konica Business Technologies U.S.A. Inc. sold the fax machines, between October 2003 and February 2004, for between $2,800 and $4,000 (depending on the model).
