CPSC, Bloomingdale's By Mail Announce Recall of Candleholders
Bloomingdale's By Mail, of New York, N.Y.
Hazard
The candleholders can tip over, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the candleholders immediately and return them to the firm for a full refund. Consumers were sent letters by mail with a pre-paid label for return of item.
Sold at
Bloomingdale's By Mail sold the candleholders exclusively, between September 2003 and December 2003, for about $40.
