CPSC, Charles Products Announce Recall of Toddler Drinking Cups
Charles Products, of Bethesda, Md.
Hazard
A container inside the cup holds petroleum distillates, which can leak onto the outside of the cup and could come into contact with the user, posing a poisoning hazard to children.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take these cups away from young children. Consumers should return the cups to the store where purchased for a refund or contact the firm.
Sold at
Exclusively sold at the Maui Ocean Center in Wailuku Maui, Hawaii, from June 2003 through September 2004 for about $10.

CPSC and Charles Products have received one report of the petroleum distillates leaking from the bottom of the cup. No injuries were reported.
