CPSC, American Promotional Events Inc. Announce Recall of Fireworks
American Promotional Events Inc., of Florence, Ala.
Hazard
These fireworks devices could unexpectedly tip over during use, posing a serious injury hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Return the recalled fireworks to the store where purchased for a full refund or contact American Promotional Events for instructions.
Sold at
Fireworks retailers, including display stands and tents in states permitting the sale of consumer fireworks, from May 2005 through June 2005, for about $20.
