CPSC, International Comfort Products LLC Announce Recall to Repair "Packaged Gas Electric" Heating and Cooling Units, or "Gas-Packs"
International Comfort Products LLC, of Lewisburg, Tenn.
Hazard
The unit's control board can ignite and, in certain units, can result in the ignition of flammable material adjacent to the unit.
Remedy
Consumers with recalled units will receive a free replacement control board and capacitor installed.
Sold at
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning dealers and contractors nationwide between October 2000 and September 2005.

About 28,700
Injuries reported
The firm has received three reports of minor property damage. There are no reports of injuries.
