Remedy
Southern Living At Home will notify consumers who purchased the recalled glass votive candle holders directly and will ship free replacement glass votive candle holders.
Sold at
Southern Living At Home consultants sold these chandeliers including the glass votive candle holders at home parties nationwide from June 2005 through September 2005 for about $80.

Injuries reported
Southern Living at Home has received 15 reports of glass votive candle holders breaking unexpectedly. There are no reported injuries or damage.
