Yamaha Corporation of America, of Buena Park, Calif.
Hazard
Unit could emit loud "white noise" when turned off and turned on again under high temperature conditions, which could possibly damage a consumer's hearing.
Remedy
Yamaha will contact each customer to arrange for a repair or replacement at no cost to the customer.
Sold at
Musical instrument retailers and dealers from August 2005 through October 2005 for a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price of $2,599.
