Meijer Recalls Glass Candleholders for Fire and Laceration Hazards
Meijer, of Grand Rapids, Mich.
Hazard
The glue connecting the candleholder could fail, causing the candleholder to fall apart. This poses a fire and laceration hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled candleholders immediately and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
Sold at
Meijer stores in the Midwest from September 2004 through November 2005 for about $8.
