Ballard Designs Inc. Recalls Potted Candles for Fire Hazard

Hazard
The packaging or holder can ignite, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using these candles immediately and discard them. Consumers should contact Ballard Designs for instructions on how to receive a full refund. Direct notices from Ballard Designs are being sent to consumers with the recalled candles.
Sold at
Ballard Designs' Web site and through its toll-free number from May 2006 through June 2006 for about $35 for set of four candles and $69 for the large candle.
