Decathlon USA Announces Recall of Quechua Tents and Canopies Due to Flammability Hazard
Decathlon USA, of Wilmington, Mass.
Hazard
The tents may fail to meet the industry's flame resistant standard, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled tents and visit the recall website www.decathlon-usa.com for information on returning these recalled tents for a refund plus an extra $10. Consumers that purchased tents through the Web site and toll-free number are being sent direct notices from Decathlon.
Sold at
Decathlon USA retail stores in Massachusetts or through online sales at www.decathlontent.com from January 2006 through September 2006 for between $15 and $150.
