U.S. Toy Co. Recalls More Children's Butterfly Necklaces Due to Lead Poisoning

U.S. Toy Co. Inc., of Grandview, MO.
Hazard

The pendant on the necklace contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately take this jewelry away from children. Consumers should return the recalled jewelry to the store where purchased for a free replacement product, or contact U.S. Toy Company for information on returning recalled necklaces purchased on the Web site.
Sold at
U.S. Toy Company retail stores and children's and small discount stores nationwide and online at www.ustoy.com from August 2006 through December 2006 for about $5 per dozen.
