Currey & Company Recalls Lamps Due to Shock, Fire Hazards

Hazard

The light sockets on these lamps have a defect, which poses electrical shock and fire hazards.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using these lamps, and contact Currey & Company to determine if they are included in the recall. The firm will arrange for the return of the recalled lamps for a free repair.
Sold at
Specialty stores, lighting showrooms and through interior designers from April 2006 through January 2007 for between $240 and $420.

Injuries reported
Currey & Company has received one report of a lamp tripping the circuit breaker. No injuries or property damage have been reported.
