Jake's Fireworks Inc. Recalls Fireworks Sold by World Class Distributors Due to Burn and Injury Hazards
Jake's Fireworks Inc., of Pittsburg, Kan.
Hazard
The tubes on these fireworks devices could become loose, making the devices unstable during use. If the device tips over during use, it could pose burn and injury hazards to bystanders.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact Jake's Fireworks for a replacement product.
Sold at
World Class Distributors nationwide from April 2006 through May 2006 for $40.
