Scandinavian Child Recalls Cariboo™ Baby Changing Tables Due to Fall Hazard

Hazard
If the zipper is misaligned, it can come apart and allow the cloth surface to separate, posing a fall hazard to the baby.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the changing tables immediately and contact Scandinavian Child to receive a replacement product. Scandinavian Child will notify all known purchasers.
Sold at
Retailers nationwide and on several online merchants from September 2005 through September 2006 for about $260 and $120 respectively.

About 90 Folding Changing Tables and about 40 Bassinet Changers
Injuries reported
The firm has received one report of the zipper coming apart. No injuries have been reported.
