Target Recalls Plush Boys Rattles Due to Choking Hazard

The recalled rattles can break open, releasing the small beads inside, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy
Consumers should take the recalled rattles away from young children immediately and return them to any Target store for a full refund.

Target stores nationwide from March 2007 through May 2007 for about $1.
