Dollar General Recalls Tumblers Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Dollar General Merchandising Inc., of Goodlettsville, Tenn.
Hazard
Surface paint on the center of the eyes of some of the cups can contain high levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take these tumblers away from young children and return them to the store where purchased for a refund or replacement product.
Sold at
Dollar General stores nationwide in September 2007 for about $1.
