Ross Stores Recalls Turtle Sprinklers Due to Laceration Hazard
Ross Stores Inc., Pleasanton, Calif.
Hazard
The turtle's body can fill with water, causing it to crack or explode, posing a laceration hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the sprinkler immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Sold at
Ross Stores and dd's Discounts nationwide from March 2007 through September 2007 for about $9.

The firm has received one report of the turtle sprinkler cracking. No injuries have been reported.
