Push Toys Recalled by Santa's Toy Corp. Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Santa's Toy Corp., of Los Angeles, Calif.
Hazard
Surface paint on the glove, shirt, and pants of rider toy contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the push toy away from children and return it to the store where purchased for a full refund.
Sold at
Retail dollar and discount stores nationwide February 2005 through February 2008 for between $2.50 and $3.
