Stroller Activity Bars Recalled by International Playthings Due to Choking Hazard

The shiny material on the elephant's ear on the activity bar can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the activity bars and contact International Playthings for a free replacement toy.
Sold at
Specialty toy stores nationwide and on the Internet from February 2007 through July 2008 for about $23.

Injuries reported
International Playthings has received three reports of the shiny material detaching and children putting it in their mouths. No injuries have been reported.
