Razor USA Recalls PowerWing Three-Wheeled Scooters Due to Laceration Hazard
Razor USA LLC, of Cerritos, Calif.
Hazard
The undersides of the foot platforms can have sharp edges, posing a laceration hazard to children.
Remedy
Parents should immediately stop children from using the product. Do not return the product to retailers. Contact Razor for a set of free replacement foot platforms.
Sold at
Authorized retailers nationwide and online from October 2007 through September 2008 for about $100.

Injuries reported
Razor has received 10 reports of Achilles tendon or ankle lacerations, including four consumers who required tendon surgery and three who needed stitches.
