Bassettbaby Drop-Side Cribs Recalled Due to Entrapment and Strangulation Hazard

Hazard
Spindles on the drop-side of the crib could loosen, creating a gap that poses an entrapment and strangulation hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the crib immediately and contact Bassettbaby for a free replacement or a full refund. The firm has contacted consumers directly.
Sold at
Babies "R" Us stores nationwide from November 2007 through January 2008 for about $400.
