WarmlyYours Recalls Rug Warmers Due to Fire Hazard
WarmlyYours, of Long Grove, Ill.
Hazard
The rug warmer's cord can come loose from the plug and cause sparks or flames, posing a fire hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using the rug warmer immediately, unplug it, and return the cord to WarmlyYours using the pre-paid shipping labels that the firm will provide for a full refund or a replacement product. WarmlyYours is directly contacting purchasers of the warming rugs.

WarmlyYours retail stores, and flooring stores nationwide, Warmly Yours.com, www.heatedcarpetsnthings.com, www.builderdepot.com, www.kitchensource.com, www.atrendyhome.com, and www.zearth.com for between $200 and $600.

Injuries reported
WarmlyYours has received two reports of incidents involving the rug warmer. One involved electrical sparks coming from the cord when it was pulled out. In the other incident, the cord caught fire and left burn marks on the area rug and floor. No injuries have been reported.
