Nordstrom Recalls Girl's Shoes Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard
Nordstrom, of Seattle, Wash.
Hazard
Surface paint on the outer sole of these shoes contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should take the recalled shoes away from children immediately and return them to any Nordstrom store for a full refund or exchange.
Sold at
Nordstrom stores nationwide from September 2006 through February 2009 for between about $35 and $45.
