Lenovo Recalls ThinkVision Speaker AC Adaptors Due to Shock Hazard

The plastic shell of the AC Adaptor can crack, posing a risk of electric shock to consumers.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled AC Adaptor and contact Lenovo to receive a free replacement part.
Sold at
Lenovo's Web sites, telephone and direct sales, and Lenovo authorized distributors nationwide from October 2008 through January 2009, as an accessory for about $30.
