Pacifiers Recalled by Healthtex Due to Choking Hazard

The pacifiers failed to meet federal safety standards. The nipples can separate from the base easily, posing a choking hazard to young children.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the recalled pacifiers away from children and contact Healthtex for a refund or exchange.
Sold at
Supermarkets and pharmacy stores nationwide from December 2002 through March 2009 for about $1.40.
