Ross Stores Recalls Benches Due to Fall Hazard
Ross Stores Inc., of Pleasanton, Calif.
Hazard
The bench frame can collapse when weight is placed on it, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop using these benches immediately and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.
Sold at
Ross Stores nationwide in March 2009 for about $90.
