Women's Shoes Recalled by Charles David Due to Fall Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack

Hazard
The heel of the recalled shoes can detach, posing a fall hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should stop wearing the recalled shoes immediately and return them to any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store for a full refund.
Sold at
Nordstrom stores in California and Nordstrom Rack stores nationwide from April 2009 through June 2009 for between $22 and $80.

About 3,200 pairs
Injuries reported
The firm has received one report of a heel detaching, resulting in minor bruising.
