Blitz USA Recalls Enviro-Flo(tm) Plus Fuel Containers Due to Fire Hazard
Blitz USA Inc., of Miami, Okla.
Hazard
The spout's plunger cap can dislodge which can open the seal of the fuel container and allow gasoline vapors to escape. This could cause liquid gasoline to spill from the top of the container during use and result in a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately empty their gasoline container and contact Blitz for a free replacement spout delivery system. The gasoline container should not be used until a replacement spout delivery system is installed on the container.
Sold at
Home improvement, mass merchandisers, automotive and various retailers nationwide from June 2009 through July 2009 for between $6 and $10.
