Liquidation Outlet, Inc. Recalls Action Figure Toys Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard; Sold Exclusively at Dollar Stores
Liquidation Outlet, Inc., of Lakewood, Wash.
Hazard
The action figure toys have surface paints which contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should take the recalled products away from young children immediately and return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or exchange for another toy.
Sold at
Dollar Stores in Washington and Oregon States from September 2007 through July 2009 for $1.
