Seventh Avenue Recalls Tealight Candleholders Due to Fire Hazard

Hazard
The faceted resin accents on the sides of the candleholder can ignite, posing a fire hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the candleholder and return it to Seventh Avenue for a full refund or store credit, and a $10 coupon. All known users have been contacted.
Sold at
Seventh Avenue's spring 2008 catalogs and online at www.seventhavenue.com from February 2008 through October 2008 for about $10.

Seventh Avenue has received one report of the candleholder igniting resulting in minor property damage. No injuries have been reported.
