Hazard
The toy truck's surface coating contains high levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement product.
Sold at
Discount stores in the Southeast from September 2009 through November 2009 for about $20.
