CO2 Bicycle Tire Inflators Sold at Walmart Recalled by Todson Inc. Due to Risk of Injury
Todson Inc., of North Attleboro, Mass.
Hazard
The pressurized cartridge containing carbon dioxide (CO2) can forcefully separate from the pump head, posing a risk of injury to the consumer.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the inflators and return them to Walmart for a full refund.
Sold at
Walmart stores nationwide from August 2009 through November 2009 for about $15.
