Hazard
Surface paints on the lettering on both sides of the basketball chair could contain excessive levels of lead which is a violation of the federal lead paint standard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the chair and ottoman away from children and return the chair and ottoman set to Colleen Karis Designs for a full refund.
Sold at
HomeGoods stores nationwide from February 2009 through April 2010 for about $50.
