Chocolate Soup Recalls Children's Hooded Sweatshirt Sets with Drawstrings Due to Strangulation Hazard
Chocolate Soup, of Raytown, Mo.
Hazard
The sweatshirts have a drawstring through the hood that can pose a strangulation hazard to children.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts to eliminate the hazard. Consumers can also return the product to the store where purchased for a full refund.
Sold at
Chocolate Soup stores in Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri and North Carolina from June 2009 to February 2010 for about $45.
