Hazard
The custom footrests can break, posing a risk of injury to the rider.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the bikes and contact Sunrise Medical or their Sunrise Medical dealer for instructions on how to obtain replacement footrests.

Sunrise Medical authorized dealers nationwide from March 2007 through October 2009 for about $4,300.
