Hazard
The bench can tip over when only one person is seated on it. This could pose a fall hazard to consumers.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using these benches and return them to any Ross Store for a full refund.
Sold at
Ross Stores nationwide between July 2010 and September 2010 for about $90.
