Michaels Stores Recalls Silver Tree Tealight Candle Holders Due to Fire Hazard

The tealight cups are positioned where the flame from the candles can ignite other parts of the candle holder, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled candle holders and return the product to any Michaels Arts & Craft store for a full refund.
Sold at
Michaels Arts & Craft stores nationwide from October 2010 through December 2010 for about $20.
Affected count
About 7,600 in the United States and 650 in Canada
Injuries reported
Michaels has received reports of six incidents including five fires and a consumer who received minor burns.
