LaJolla Sport Recalls Boy's Hooded Flannel Shirts Due to Strangulation Hazard

Hazard
The hooded sweatshirts have drawstrings in the neck that can pose a strangulation hazard to children.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately take the recalled sweatshirt from their child and remove the drawstring from the hooded flannel shirt, to eliminate the hazard, and return the garment to the place of purchase or to the company for a full refund.

East Coast Surf Products, Hansens Surfboards, Huntington Surf & Sport, Jacks Surf and Sport, Main Beach Surf & Sport, O'Neill, Riders Outlet, Sports Chalet, Valley Skate N Surf and other surfing specialty stores nationwide between September 2011 and December 2011 for about $60
