Children's Lounge Pants and Boxers Recalled by Rigo International Due to Violation of Federal Flammability Standard

Hazard
The pants and boxers fail to meet the federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injury to children.
Remedy
Children should stop wearing the recalled sleepwear immediately. Consumers should return the sleepwear to Academy for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Sold at
Academy Sports and Outdoor stores in Texas from January 2010 to March 2011 for about $8.

Rigo has received one report of a garment catching fire and causing severe burns to the front and back of both legs of a 9-year-old boy.
