Hayneedle Recalls Wooden Arc Hammock Stands Due to Fall Hazard
Hayneedle Inc., of Omaha, Neb.
Hazard
The layers of wood in the stand can separate and fail, causing the stand to break and posing a fall hazard.
Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the hammock stand and return it to Hayneedle. Hayneedle is offering consumers a full refund, including return shipping costs. Hayneedle has directly contacted consumers who purchased the hammock stands.
Sold at
Online at Hammocks.com, hayneedle.com and Walmart Marketplace from March 2012 through September 2013 for between $300 and $380.
